The Cartel History

The Cartel origninated from Mexico in the late 1970's. They began by selling to the general public but gradually swayed into selling to big bussinesses and gangs of the surrounding area. This crime wave got massive attention from the LSPD and F.B.I. They began Cracking down on high ranking members of the Cartel and siezed more than three billion dollars worth of illegal drugs. Now the Cartel is once again a small group of dealers that sells to anyone interested. From one of the biggest drug organizations in North America to a small group of dealers an petty theves.
